Easy recipes: sweet and sour ribs in the instant pot

I've been searching for a sweet and sour ribs (糖醋排骨) recipe for the instant pot for a while and finally found a great one here:
https://kknews.cc/food/bv4rv9.amp

However, it's in Chinese so I'll try to translate here.

Ingredients:
Rack of ribs (I buy mine from Costco)
1 tablespoon ginger
1 whole onion
5 Tbsp of water
4 Tbsp of vinegar
3 Tbsp of sugar
2 Tbsp of soy sauce
1 Tbsp of sake

Directions:
1. Similar to 3 cups chicken you can boil the ribs in a pot on the stove first but I don't do this and just go over to step 2.
2. Slice onions and cover the bottom of the instant pot with them. Slice ginger also, put them in. Place ribs in.
3. In a small bowl put in the ratio of 5:4:3:2:1 tablespoon of water, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, sake. Pour this over the ribs.
4. Put the setting of the pot to waterless cooking to ribs.

Here's what it looks like:
