Easy recipes: Home made pizza in toaster oven

My kids love eating pizza but here in Taiwan they tend to not put so much cheese and there are very interesting toppings. So far of the exotic toppings, we've tried the limited edition bubble tea pizza was my son's favorite.

But usually, we'll make our own pizza adapted from
2 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 package instant yeast

If you don't have instant yeast, have the following ready
1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

Preheat toaster oven to 230 degrees C (450 degrees F).
Mix in instant yeast with flour, salt, and oil. (If you don't have instant yeast, in a medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.)
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into a round.
Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan or baker's peel dusted with flour.
Spread with desired toppings and bake in preheated toaster oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let baked pizza cool for 5 minutes before serving.
